Job Description

Mold Metrix’s management training program is a paid training program that includes both on the job training as well as classroom learning to develop your capacity as a project manager. This training program lasts approximately 3 years depending on the skill level and experience of the participant. This course is a required prerequisite for I.I.C.R.C. as well as other training and certifications. Trainees will work as restoration technicians in order to develop the necessary skills and knowledge related to project management.



As your training progresses, you will gain more responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing Trust & Defining Project Scopes with customers

  • Completing estimates in a timely manner

  • Supervising projects to completion

  • Documenting projects

  • Serve as a point of contact between Mold Metrix, customers, and adjusters

  • Accept financial deposits & service agreement signatures

  • Collect & monitor equipment

  • Coordinate additional services

  • Assist crew members to your best ability


Job Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Follow company guidelines and safety standards

  • Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record

  • Ability to work overtime and rotating on-call shift (our business operates 24/7)

  • Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required

  • Driving a company truck safely at all times

  • Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform provided by the company

  • Ability to pass DOT physical exam and drug test (paid for by the company) DOT certificate is required in order to operate commercial vehicles.

  • Ability to wear full PPE including gloves, respirators, Tyvek bodysuits, & face masks.


Physical Demands

For this job you must be able to:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects up to 50 pounds

  • Stand & walk for extended periods

  • Squat, crouch, crawl and lift

  • Communicate well with others; Express and exchange ideas & act on detailed information given

  • Withstand exposure to various working conditions

  • Properly wear a respirator when necessary. Due to the nature of the job, and for safety reasons, when a respirator is necessary, it MUST seal to your face
